Cooking Class

Bali’s soul lives in its kitchens. Join our resident chef for an intimate morning that begins steps from your villa – a leisurely stroll through The Pala’s own herb and kitchen garden, where turmeric, galangal, lemongrass, and holy basil grow in quiet abundance. Pick what is in season, learn to identify each ingredient by scent and touch, then carry your harvest into our open-air kitchen to grind your own spice paste and bring authentic Balinese flavours to life from the ground up. Choose three dishes from our curated menu of six, and the meal you cook together is the meal you share.
