Instead of per-user billing, we provide a Master Folio for group bookings. You can choose to have a single bill for all rooms and services, or have guests pay for their individual incidental charges upon check-out.
What is the deposit and cancellation policy for groups?
Group bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the dates. Cancellations must be made at least 30 to 60 days in advance (depending on the group size) to avoid a full cancellation fee.
